Women’s Summer Event Series
AUGUST’S Event:
Our second event, “Trusting God in the Unknown”, is relevant to all women at FBC because we will face trials of many kinds and a lack of control throughout our lives. This food and sharing night is designed to encourage and uplift women in our church who are enduring the unexpected, scary, and mundane alike.

About the Summer Series
What is the summer series? It’s made up of smaller, more intimate gatherings for women to come together and fellowship and hear testimonies from other women within the church. Our model of discipleship in the Bible is the model found in Titus 2. In this model, we see women passing on their wisdom and experience to other women.
There will be some time to mingle and fellowship with the women who attend each event. The leaders of the event will share stories of life experiences that they have gleaned wisdom from, with specific time to allow participants to ask the leaders questions too.
