Thank you for your interest in the FBC short-term missions trip to Japan.
This is a combined trip with All People Community Church and Redemption Church. Please fill out this application form by March 16 to be considered for the team. We will review your application and get back to you shortly.
WHO:
Since this is a combined trip, we are looking for a smaller team of 4-5 people this year. An ideal applicate should be:
● a member of FBC
● mature in their faith
● interested in serving as an overseas missionary
(especially in Japan)
● able to articulate their faith and live cross-culturally
Individuals under 18 can attend with one parent or guardian. Priority will be given to members of the FBC and regular attenders committed to the mission of FBC.
WHAT:
Japan is the 2nd largest unreached people in the world. Japan is less than 1% evangelical and in desperate need of the Good News of Jesus Christ. We will be working with MS Fukuoka to jump-start their English Connect and other outreaches, as well as going to Seinan Gakuin University, and doing evangelism at Nakasu Food Stall Canal, train stations, and other outreach related activities, etc.

*** We might join APCC for regular meetings March through May for prayer, community, and training. The training meetings are required to attend the STM.
